  • Do you ship to my country?

    Yes! We offer worldwide shipping except for the following countries: Guadeloupe, North Korea, Russia, and Ukraine.

    However, please note that there are temporary shipping restrictions in place that affect some shipping carriers used by our print providers. Delivery to a particular country might be suspended or delayed.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept the following payment methods: Visa (credit and debit cards), MasterCard (credit and debit cards), American Express, Discover (US merchants only), Diner's Club, JCB, Afterpay or Clearpay, Apple Pay, Pay Pal

  • Can I get a signed autograph?

    At this moment, it’s not possible to offer signed autographs. However, we are currently looking for new ways to make this possible.

  • What if I didn’t receive my order?

    If you did not receive your order, there’s a chance that the following occurred:
    Wrong Address - If you provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the facility.
    Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the facility.
    In any case, please contact us within 2 weeks of the estimated delivery date and we’ll be happy to assist you.

  • What is your return policy?

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we’ll be happy to assist you. In that case, you will be asked to send the item back to the return address provided on the packing slip and you will receive a full refund.

  • When will I receive my order?

    The average fulfillment time takes 2-5 days and shipping depends on your region. USA, Canada, and European shipping take 3-5 business days. If you have any concerns, please contact us.
